Arrival information

Check-in information:

After arriving in The Hague and in specific at one of our complexes, we perform a proper check-in. Besides handing over the keys, this includes a tour throughout the building showing all its functionalities and where to find the common area, laundry room, garbage bins etc..

Time to check-in into your new apartment and we will make inspection report to cover its current condition. We have checked the apartment before and always make sure that a cleaner visited, so that your new home actually feels like a brand new apartment. Did we miss something? No worries we will make the necessary repairs as soon as possible.

In order to make your transition as smooth as it can be, we are providing you with some usefil tips & tricks for in The Hague. Please contact us for the possibilities about transport services from and to the airport/building.  

Kind request to take note that check-ins are not possible on public holidays and only on weekdays and therefore Monday - Friday between 09:00 - 16:30.

In case that the 1st of the month is a Saturday or Sunday then the check-in will be at it earliest that Monday after.
